Returns & Refunds

The Consumer Rights Act states you have 30 days to request a refund for faulty goods received.

You have the right to complain to the Consumer Ombudsman if you have any concerns you have been treated unfairly.

Our Policy:

We ask you kindly to please inform us as soon as possible if you receive a faulty or unfit for the purpose product from us. Ideally within 7 days.

You will need to return the product to us.  However, if we are at fault you can expect an immediate refund or replacement according to your wishes, for the item as soon as it is received by us.  plus your postage costs.

Should you wish to cancel a purchase before it is dispatched., or return an item because you have changed your mind.  We reserve the right to reduce your refund by up to £3.00 for our administration costs.  

We are consumers too and wish to resolve any issues as quickly as is possible.  We greatly appreciate  our customers and do not wish to cause upset  to any one.   We will always treat you with respect, we are approachable and  friendly.  Please do not hesitate to contact us.
